Growing New Fibers
IGF-1 LR3 is a long-acting analog of Insulin-like Growth Factor 1. It is far more potent than natural IGF-1 because it doesn’t bind to binding proteins. It promotes the uptake of amino acids and glucose into muscle cells, driving hypertrophy.
PEG-MGF (Mechano Growth Factor) is a variant of IGF-1 produced in muscle after exercise. It activates satellite cells—the “stem cells” of muscle tissue. This activation can lead to hyperplasia (creating new muscle fibers) rather than just hypertrophy (growing existing ones), a holy grail for bodybuilders.
